Objectives
- Be the guarantor of the Lean program and standards
- Manage the Lean Promotion Service by demonstrating the example of Excellence
- Ensure support to the operational teams (Lean representative, Coach trainer, Trainers and Workshop Trainers)
- Participate with Management in defining the vision and the strategy in the course of the Policy Deployment
- Lead the Lean plans and train in the main projects
- Develop reporting standards in the company
- Define the workshop objectives and verify the results
- Prepare the Lean Training Committee
