How to improve Continuous Improvement service



  • Be the guarantor of the Lean program and standards
  • Manage the Lean Promotion Service by demonstrating the example of Excellence
  • Ensure support to the operational teams (Lean representative, Coach trainer, Trainers and Workshop Trainers)
  • Participate with Management in defining the vision and the strategy in the course of the Policy Deployment
  • Lead the Lean plans and train in the main projects
  • Develop reporting standards in the company
  • Define the workshop objectives and verify the results
  • Prepare the Lean Training Committee
